Once your website has been completed we will be readily available to maintain or enhance it. You may want to add more products, update your services pages, enhance your website with additional images, or just keep your website content fresh with the occasional tweak. Our web designers will perform your updates at a set hourly rate.
Already hosted ?
No problem. We can migrate your website and email from your existing host to us and integrate with Google Apps OR Office 365 if you so wish.
Fixed Prices
Wherever we can we will give our customers a fixed price. This means you will know what the cost is before committing to having anything being done.
On the rare occasion that we are not able to give a fixed price fixing your problem, we will keep in regular contact with you to help you to understand the work we are carrying out and what the final cost might be.
Most computer repairs involving large data transfers, new hard drives, operating system rebuilds and virus and malware removal are best done from our business address.

I approached Wicked Imp , as I had a problem with a very slow Laptop. I wanted someone local, and found his Company in Stoke Gifford Matters. I had a very quick response to my enquiry, and had an appointment , within 2 days. Brendon was very professional, and managed to sort out my problems .
My Laptop was stripped out, and new programs put in for a safer system. Brendon also downloaded all my photos onto an external hardrive, as part of the service.

Our Charges
We charge £45.00inc for the first hour of work, after which we charge £15.00inc per hour.
No fix, no fee!
If the job looks likely to take a long time, we sometimes request we take the computer back to our premises to complete the work.
We can offer remote access to your system, meaning many issues can be fixed quickly (many in less than 15 minutes!). This would enable us to repair many of your issues without the need for a visit and therefore keeping costs down.
